By purchasing from OG Hydr8, you (the customer) agree to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. OG Hydr8 may, at its discretion, refuse returns or refunds if it believes the policy is being abused.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on unopened hydrogen water products and supplements within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received at the OG Hydr8 facility.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds, returns, and replacements are only available for purchases made directly through oghydr8.com, the official website to buy hydrogen water supplements online.
Claims (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. To submit a claim, please email support@oghydr8.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, include the following:
Pictures of the damaged or incorrect product(s)
The manufacturing code located on the back of the bottle
Images of the shipping box and label
Your order number
Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue so you can continue enjoying OG Hydr8 premium hydration products.
Shipping Policy
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or rerouted. If you need to set up a return, email support@oghydr8.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). An RMA is required for every return. Shipments without an RMA will not be accepted.
Subscription Orders
For customers subscribed to monthly hydrogen water tablets or hydration supplement deliveries, please contact support@oghydr8.com at least two (2) business days before your scheduled shipment date to cancel. Orders that have already begun processing cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping – U.S. & Canada
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
Expedited Shipping – U.S. & Canada
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from ship date.
Order Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3 business days once processed and inventory is confirmed. This applies to all shipping methods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary depending on order weight and location. Costs will be shown at checkout when ordering your OG Hydr8 hydrogen supplements online.
Important Notes
Orders may ship from either our U.S. or Canadian facilities to ensure fast delivery.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or federal holidays.
